One of the things that I love to do at the end of every year is look back over the year before and see all the beautiful ways God has moved in my life. I love to recount “our love story” if you will.
In the months of April-June I began establishing a new home with my new family. For the first time I hung a picture in my home. I decided where the furniture would go and realized that God had gifted me with the ability to create a warm and beautiful home for my family. I haven’t experienced an enjoyment in something like I did in decorating my home and I just sensed God’s pleasure in all of it.
I also let my Maggie go this year- and God was so gracious to take her as I asked, after He had me firmly established in a new family…He has been so good.
